Ganapathi has an experience of over 27 years transcending areas of sales, marketing, product management, strategy, entrepreneurship, HR consulting, teaching, training, and coaching.
He is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and management postgraduate from JBIMS. He had stints with Philips and ESAB covering the areas of sales, marketing, and product management and culminating with strategy in the industrial products domain.
This was followed by an entrepreneurial venture into high end alloys, which involved consulting, imports, branding and promoting products aimed at cost optimization and adding value to the critical fabrication industry.
Passion for teaching and training followed which covered practically every industry segment. The last seven years have seen Ganapathi cover all industry segments ranging from manufacturing, automobiles, telecom, BFSI, IT, logistics, FMCG among others.
He has a penchant for conceiving business solutions and the ability to nurture a team. Also has an interest in exploring opportunities in healthcare, education and energy. Always believes that “one needs a change in behavior to bring in process compliance and a process to facilitate change in behavior”
